Kindly read the instructions given below very carefully :

1) Admission test date will be intimated soon.

2) Payment will be made ONLINE.

3) Keep your details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking ready for online payment of Rs. 25/- as the registration amount.

4) In case of single parent, the entire information of the parent is to be repeated in both the columns.

5) Fill up the form completely before taking a printout. In case of incomplete form/documents, the application will be deemed as rejected.

6) Print out of the filled registration form, duly signed by the parent, must be dropped in the box placed at the school gate (no.1), along with self-attested photocopies of the supporting documents.

7) Last date to drop the Registration form along with the required documents at school counter is 19-12-2023 upto 12 Noon

8) After registering your email id, please wait for 5 minutes to receive the password.

9) If payment process is not completed successfully due to any reason, proceed again using the same e-mail Id & password.

10) Kindly keep the photographs in SOFT copy ready for uploading while filling the form. (Applicant’s, father’s and mother’s photograph). The size of the photograph should not exceed 20 KB.

Required Documents to be attached with the hard copy of the Registration Form.:

(i) Birth Certificate (Authorized by Municipal Cooperation, no affidavit will be accepted)

(ii) Residence Proof (Any one) : (Electricity Bill/MTNL Landline Bill/Aadhar Card/Voter ID Card/Passport)

(iii) ID Proof of both the parents (one each) : (Pan Card/Aadhar Card/Voter ID Card/Driving License/Passport)

(iv) Father's and Mother’s Educational Qualification Proof. (Last).

(v) Medical Fitness Certificate.

(vi) Copy of Immunization Card.

(ix) Copy of Aadhar Card of the child and parent.

(x)Transfer Certificate to be provided at the time of admission.

(xii) Progress report of previous two years.
